We are pleased to announce the release of Shika v1.7 which brings several improvements & bug fixes. In this release we have added float values(values with decimal points) in the subscription plan. We have also added "Lesson Start Date" & "Lesson Completion Date" columns in the Single Course Report.
We are excited to announce the release of Shika 1.6 which brings plenty of interesting features. In this release you will get PHP 8 compatibility. Site administrators can now extend the subscriptions from the admin area. We have introduced the first-time course completion date tag for certificates in Shika. Configuration has been provided for hiding the marks when attempting the quiz.
We are delighted to bring you another feature packed release of Shika, v1.3.39. The highlight of this release is course prerequisites which will allow you to create links between courses to effectively deliver complete learning programs. In addition to this, a new objective question type has been introduced in the assessment engine that allows free text inputs. Finally TJ Certificates has introduced a brand new workflow that allows students to submit records of external training they have done and certificates they have earned outside the platform to the system with an approval workflow. This allows you to maintain a central training record in the platform.
We are super pumped to announce the release of Shika 1.5 which brings plenty of interesting features. In this release, you will get a historical data migration tool for course completions down to lesson level which is very useful if you are migrating from a different LMS. Plus we’ve added the ability to extend enrolments with custom fields to serve a variety of use cases like tracking why a training was assigned to someone or track how it was utilized later. With the new Access level support for paid courses, you can now offer different prices to different levels of customers.
The long wait is over! We are super excited to announce the release of Shika 1.4 which brings plenty of interesting features along with several improvements.
We have introduced a QR code for validating the authenticity of the certificates. Site administrators can track the downloads for the associated files in the backend. With the certificate expiry implementation, users can retake the course and generate a new certificate if their certificate has expired. Site administrators can now archive the user’s attempts from the backend.

We are happy to announce a brand new integration between the German Payment and affiliate provider CopeCart with Shika, our Joomla learning management system(LMS). Recently, the Joomla! Developer Roland Meier from Medialekt added this feature into the CopeCart Connect extension, so purchases via CopeCart get directly enrolled in Shika.
We are happy to announce the release of Shika v1.3.41 which brings several improvements & bug fixes. In this release we have introduced a Country code selection field in the course checkout for the phone number & also allowed a way to allow you to choose which type of group is created when a group related to a course is auto created via Shika. Shika 1.3.38 comes with new SCORM reports that track learner's responses on the lessons they are taking. This feature gives a closer view to the learner's engagement with the lessons he is taking for any particular course. Besides this, this release also has plenty of new improvements. We have also fixed plenty of bugs in this release.
We are happy to release Shika 1.3.37 with support for the latest version of TJ Fields, our infrastructure extension. Besides this, the release also has a couple of improvements. We have added a configuration to hide the YouTube logo from the YouTube video in the frontend. Default date isn’t displayed if expiry day is not set for the certificate. We have also fixed plenty of bugs in this release.
