The Mutual Friends plugin with versions for both Community Builder & Jomsocial was released during the last two weeks. 

This plugin displays mutual friends of the logged in user & the user whose profile the user is looking at on the Profile page. This feature is similar to  the Mutual Friends feature at orkut.com & facebook.com .

Techjoomla.com back up after database issues
Techjoomla- behind the scenes
Techjoomla was down for almost 36 hours after a database issue caused due to server problems wiping out all our data to the day we were launched ! This happened just when we were in the process of replacing a dead Hard disc on our backup machine, which meant we had no usuable backup whatsoever. 

What followed for the next 24 hours is the most incredible restoration operation we have ever conducted with scrapping data from Google's Cache & order notification emails & what not.. If the more geeky of you are interested in how we managed to be back up in such a short time we will be putting a blog post about this soon at techjoomla.com

Please note that though utmost care has been taken in restoring the data you might have issues accessing your products. Use the reset password system to regenerate your password if your old one cant log you in. We were not able to recover most passwords. In case you have any trouble just drop us an email with your registration email & order number & we'll take care of it.
