Flexible Discounting with Promotion rules in Quick2Cart 2.8!

When it comes to E-commerce, giving discounts and other amazing offers to its potential customers is one of the key Marketing strategies that can never go out of fashion. However, the site owners need to make sure that they’re able to give its potential customers a discount in the best way possible and is covering all the aspects of its online store.

Also, to make it better; applying discounts by creating bundles of products within the store or with different categories of products will always help cross sell and can yield larger profits. Keeping this in mind we have introduced “Promotion Rules” and a few more new things in this release.

Promotion rules

This being the most awaited feature, is going to transform the way discounts are given with Quick2Cart. You will be able to configure different discounts for different combinations.

For instance:

1. Discount on product bundle e.g Buy MP3 Player with Audio Speakers and Get 5% discount
2. Discount on purchase of specific units from category e.g Buy 2 pair of shoes and get 3% discount
3. Discount on purchase of specific units from different categories e.g Buy 2 Shirts and 1 Jeans to get 10 % discount
4. Flat or Percentage discount on specific products.
5. Discount on total cart amount (Per store) e.g Buy products of more than $ 200 from particular store and get 10 % discount or Flat $ 5 discount

Multiple Address support

Earlier, you had to manually enter the address if it was not the same which you used previously. Now, we have made sure that you can save multiple addresses in Quick2Cart. Save as many addresses as you want and later you can just quickly select which address you want to use, simple as that. :)

Developer delight (Checkout via api)

Integrated a third party extension with Quick2Cart? Make sure that you can checkout with ease from that extension as checkout via api will be supported from now onwards. Also a new checkout flow has been introduced. View the documentation.

Editing  / Updating Cart Pop-up

After adding a few items in the cart there are always some or the other last minute changes. It can even be an extra item added or maybe a change in the quantity.

You will be able to easily remove cart items while checking out from the cart pop-up view and also update the quantities if required. That’s not all, you can also add a coupon code on the the same view.
