JMailAlerts is ready for Joomla 5

We're thrilled to announce that JMailAlerts, our popular Joomla automated email digests system, is now fully compatible with Joomla 5! This means Joomla 5 users can now enjoy all the features and benefits of JMailAlerts with ease.

Besides this, for Joomla 5 users, we have new features like allowing user groups to receive default alerts, specific user groups to sync alerts and admin email simulation.

Features

Allowing user groups to receive default alerts

With this release, we have now introduced a feature where the allowed user groups can be selected to receive default alerts created for new alerts in JMailAlerts. Note, this will only work for Joomla 4 and Joomla 5 users.

Sync specified user group to selected alert

The specified user group is now synced to the selected alert with this release.

Admin email simulation

Alerts created in JMailAlerts are now also sent as emails to site admin using admin email simulation
