White page when trying to access peoplesuggest

I have tried an install of people suggest on a joomla + easysocial and I have a white page in administrator when I try to access the component

My logs get me that error :
PHP Fatal error: Class 'TjAkeebaStrapper' not found in [my server path]/modules/mod_people_suggest/mod_people_suggest.php on line 17
