where are the files to translate ??

Hi all,

I am actually doing translations of Jticketing but it seems all "words" are not in those 3 files:
- en-GB.com_jticketing.ini
- en-GB.mod_jticketing_buy.ini
- en-GB.mod_jticketing_menu.ini

.... and I don't see other "Jticketing.ini" files in the Language folder

[*] for example i would to translate, in French, the mail that says:

" Dear X,
Thank you for Ordering a ticket for EVENT at SITE.
You can view your ticket Online by clicking My Tickets.
To download a PDF version of your ticket, please click here.
Ticket_EVENT_2.pdf

Dont forget to bring the ticket to get it checked at the counter. You can either print it or show it on your Mobile Phone.
