Table title hover info text

If I go to "My campaigns" and put the mouse over the "Campaign" title, the info text will appear "<strong>Campaign</strong><br />Click to sort by this column".
It actually keeps printing that line all over the page, no idea what caused this. Anyway how would I disable this "hover" feature from the code?
