Shipping in Quickcart 2.3

I want to ask if a problem with shipping in Quickcart 2.3 is solved?
Problem with shipping in Quickcart 2.2 was as follows :
If customer buy 10 different Products from 1 Vendor he has + 10 Shipping Prices for only 1 Delivery.
For example:

Produkt 1. Cost 35€ Shiping: 8€
Produkt 2. Cost 10€ Shiping: 8€
Produkt 3. Cost 10€ Shiping: 8€
Produkt 4. Cost 10€ Shiping: 8€

So total is Cost = 65€ and Shipping 32€.
Its possible to setup 1 shipping for 1 Delivery. ?
So for 10 different products will be Shipping no 32€, but only 8€
