Hi Everyone,
I am sure that all of you who have been involved in the testing of Quick2Cart 2.0 have loved very much newly added features and much more important, the multi-shop feature that works like a charm. Prior to become a fan of Quick2Cart, we have tried many other ecommerce extensions that I will not mention here for some privacy reasons but many of these extensions do miss important features and are quite complex to configure and manage whereas Quick2Cart is simple, clean, user-friendly and much more important, a clean and responsive layout with lots of integrations to other extensions and I am sure that the Joomla community will definitely appreciate this new ecommerce extension that will quickly replace many others.
Well, those who were involved in the testing process should have noticed that the shipping plugin has not yet been worked out to support the multi-shop feature as it gives the possibility to add only one shipping price and for a multi-store system, our thoughts is that each store owner should be able to add his own shipping charges and preferences. Techjoomla team is doing a very great work there and we definitely understand that they cannot do everything on their own within a very short deadline, it is for this particular reason that we are providing our support to develop this multi-store shipping feature, the development of this feature will start by Friday 22.08.2013 and we'll appreciate to get your opinions about the content and functionality of this multi-store shipping feature.
All comments are welcome so that we can develop something that will not only help us but other developers/website owners who might also be looking for this feature. Once completed, this feature will be release as a plugin (or maybe a secondary component) based on the required functionality and it will be provided to techjoomla so that they can add it on their website within their available subscription packages.
