publication date vs creation date

Hi everybody,

I noticed that if an article is created with a later publication date, JMailAlerts does not publish it at all.

In fact, JMailAlerts looks at the creation date only and, at the date of publication, the creation date is too old to be part of the newsletter.
For example, if I write an article today, November 4th, and want it to be published on November 8th, it will be published on the website on November 8th but will not be included in any daily newsletter because its creation date is before last email date (November 7th)
I hope you understand my poor english ...

I consider this as a bug. Is there a known solution ?
