Problem with events form

I just bought the latest version of Jticketing which works fine BUT when I create an event, it appears the the "short description" and "long description" are missing a closing tag or something in the code and causing a "1" to display plus if I don't add additional white space and the horizontal rule the "short" and "long description" get fused together.

So me adding additional white space is and <hr> is separating both sections in the event display. But it is still adding the "1" in between.

So I am guessing something is missing in the code like a closing tag or separator.
