I'm using the Phoca Gallery extension to include latest photos in the Newsletter (MailAlert). The functionality and the look when the photos in the Newsletter are opened are not that good.
When clicking on a photo in the Newsletter, then it open it with a different photo viewer then I use in Phoca Gallery, which didn't look that great.
Example of a link being opened to a photo from the Newsletter:
/photo-gallery/19-portugal/detail/215-obidos-2-1503243-web
This is what the link looks like to the same photo when opened with the Photoswipe viewer (Pocha Gallery Options -> Detail View -> Detail Window) that I use in the Pocha Gallery:
/photo-gallery/category/19-portugal?start=20#&gid=1&pid=17
