PDF Embed - No preview available

Folks,

I'm having a few issue with PDF Embed. I've been using it for years and is a great plugin! I love it!

I have been have a couple of issues with PDF Embed. They are as follows:

1. Google viewer display blank page or a page that says "No preview available"
2. Native viewer displays two elevator bars.

Here's where you can see the issues:

1. Go to https://www.nphic.org/cvirus-whatsnew
2. Under What's New, Click on the PDF icon in the first entry Trends in Racial.... You will see the Google Viewer issue.
3. Under What's New, Click on the PDF icon in the second entry Emergency Department Visits... You will see the Native Viewer issue.

Below are the PDF Embed plugin code I am using for the above:
