PDF Embed. Doesn't seem to work on iPhone

Hello,

I am running Joomla 2.5. At www.busyteacherresources.com if you click into a sample lesson using an iPhone, you will see it doesn't all me to do anything with the pdf. It's just a static image.

Any idea how to remedy this?
