Password Reset Extension Issue

I am trying to use the password reset plugin. I added a user account and put it in the special group to test and make sure it worked the way I wanted it to before resetting all user accounts.

I paste the following at the end of the domain name. The home page reloads but I do not get the email.
index.php?task=resetpass

Plugin is published and ordered first. Plugin downloaded from site today. Joomla version 2.5.16.

Please advise.
