NO CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA not validating

1) I have installed NO CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA and the reCaptcha is displaying on forms, however, the forms are submitting without requiring the reCaptcha!
2) The Captcha Box is too wide, how can I change the width?
