layout problem

Hi, i would like to solve 2 problem:

1) Like in the picture, when the zoom of the page is at 100% the text inside box is not aligned. I would like to align it left. how to do it ?

2) Cause inside the box sometime i can have the text "x mutual friend" and so the height of the box increase, i would like to have a fix height of the box. how can i do it?
