Issues with Rockettheme template

When I have Quick2 Cart enabled it stops my popup login from working. When I disable quick2cart, the popup works. You can test it here:

I will leave Quick2Cart enabled. Click on the button at the top of the homepage login/register . As I said, if I disable quick2cart, the popup works again.
