I installed JMailAlerts in joomla 4 but it does not work.

Here is the message I received.
Plugins used:
The plugins included in this type of alert are not installed or are disabled/unpublished.

Please, how to get these plugins?

When I want to download the plugins, I get a message that says I don't have access. Does the free version work with a free plugin too?

If the free version does not work in Joomla and requires a paid plugin to work, is it really free?

If not, what is the plugin price to make JMailAlerts work only with Joomla (I still looked at the subscription but I don't understand)?
