How todDefault start to "closed" or "minimized". Open/Maximizes is not Responsive/Mobile Friendly

When my users log into their site via a mobile device the Joblo window covers most/all of the screen even when they have no active session going. This is a problem with mobile users, it is confusing, most don't know exactly how to close the window, hitting the close button on a smart phone is not all that easy, etc. etc. JBolo should not start in the "Maximized" state. I have checked the module, documentation and forum for a solution but can't find one.

How do I configure JBolo to start in the minimized state/position?
