How to set up bank transfer payment ?

I need to set up a method of payment by bank transfer so that each store can put your bank details. In this way , customers make the payment and send the receipt to the supplier. Once payment is received , the order is confirmed .

I have set the payment is directly to each store , no commission .

How you can set this up ?
