Geo Targeting option crash my site

Hi if i enable Geo Targeting (DB installed) on front-end i have
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare geoip_country_code_by_name_v6() in /home/-/public_html/components/com_socialads/classes/geolocation/maxmind/geoip.inc on line 1599

i something missing in configuration (config by default after installation) or how to fix that?
