Free / Paid event

When a memeber want to create a new event...
in the form you need to select "Cerate paid ticket"

If you do this.. you cannot cretae any event.. free without Ticket...
I would like to not make appera this option and directly display the form ticket..

because this option is extremly disturing.. because you think you can create an event without ticket...

How can i do this ??
