We have used PDF Embed on several sites over the years and it works well. We usually only have 1 or 2 PDFs on the each site, without problems. For a new site we added a PDF to each of the elearning modules we've created. When we open the first module it loads the PDF but then when we click on another module the PDF embed doesn't load. Clicking Ctrl+F5 forces the page to reload and then the embedded PDF loads correctly.
Open any of these modules by clicking 'Read More' (the PDF will load correctly). Then scroll to the bottom to open another module ('Read More'), or click back to open another module. Then the PDF will not load.
