empty the cart and another issues

hello, sorry for my english, i hope you can understand me.

When i empty the cart, my webpage go to home and i just want to refresh in the same page.
Pop up detaill style dont work in my template.
I'd like automatic refresh in shop view because cart module is hide when cart is empty and i cant see it if i dont refresh the page.

The last one, atm i want to quit invoid information, i mean: name, city, telephon number etc... because i dont need it. Im not going to sell something with real money, just with easysocial points. How can i skip that step?
