I have some problems with jticketing.
1. When I buy a ticket, the system automatically sends repeated 2 emails to the same recipient. I doubt it's a problem because of me. How I can fix or a clue to find the error?

2. I completely changed the format of the ticket. I would like, I think everyone, you can add the logo and incrustrarlo in pdf / email. In the vision "My Tickets> View Ticket" is the logo correctly.
Besides being able to add a background image to the ticket.

Is there a different customization of the default in the design of tickets?
Are there any anti-copying to incorporate the design of the ticket system?
