displays module only in owners profile

Hi,

i bought people u may know and downloaded for free profile completeness module.
Both module are showed on profile page, but in my opinion this module need of a correction.
Infact, if i am logged like user "X" i will see correctly on my profile page both module, but, if i visit the profile page of user Y i will see both module too and this is no clear.
How it's possible to edit component to do this?
