Course creation

When saving course in back end it says "Course should have start date in the future", then greys out all buttons. Locked, no way to modify course and save have to refresh entire page and lose everything because buttons remain grayed out. This happened when setting a start date in the past, which doesn't make sense as courses should be able to start anytime.

Seems to happen when any error is made on the form, buttons are greyed out and no way to save afterwards when error is corrected.
