We are currently using this chat system for a real estate office to communicate within their intranet. However, because they do not use speakers on their computers, they require the ability like most Instant Messengers to see a flashing tab or a popup when someone is trying to chat with them. Can you tell me if this capability exists or can it be done using your jbolo component? At this point, we are unsure.
