Change strings on ''NEW CAMPAIGN'' page

I am in the UK and the page NEW CAMPAIGN is not in British English.. It has words such as Zip code , in the uk it's Postcode. State in the UK is County and so on.. So I'd like to change those, which file do I have do edit to change those names?
