Add Author Profiles

Shika should enable course content creators (or administrators on their behalf) to create an "Author Profile" which could be a teacher or school's information. Students could then search by author for courses, learn about an authors background. Authors could link to the ES or JS profiles, other social media accounts, and other professional information. Site developers using Shika can then increase the value of their media asset by offering in turn these valuable LMS site features to target customers.
