I have bought multiple extensions from you guys with the most recent being 3 separate items. I have so far gotten 1 of them working as advertised while the other two are waiting on responses from the support ticket and forum replies.. The most active replies I have seen in the jlike forum is notifying the other users that their license expired thus justifying the lack of help. My license is not expired however and have sent multiple requests for help both here and the ticket system. Still no reply. What other options do I have other than to share my experience with others in the joomla marketplace and spend my money elsewhere? Please help me with these basic questions, and not make me have to wait 10 days like the others...
