who has same issue????

is there any body else that face the problem with scanning the tickects form the pdf mail?
the app on iphone doesn't give feedback to the site , but works with the tickets downloaded from backend
the team here is 4 month trying to solve the problem but .... NOTHING .
like this the component it is unuseful
does somebody have some advice?
