Where can I find the option to make JBolo Bootstrap-active?

Hey I had found the option to make JBolo bootstrap active. I cannot find it anymore. Where was the option?

Just to make sure that bootstrapping is the right solution.

I have a website that has also a webapp, meaning that it looks different on phone then it does on a computer. On a computer, JBolo works without any problems, however not on the phone. Half the conversation gets cut off.
