Server error during simulation

Hi,

I downloaded J!Mail, set it up as described and then tried a simulation. At first I received an error saying there was no new content. Then it started to give this error

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.watchmykidz.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jmailalerts&view=mailsimulate. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly

I checked the files in CPanel and they are all there. I uninstalled and re-installed three times and still the same error.

Please help...
