Quiz Questions Need HTML / Ability to Add Images

I placed this as a "bug" because of the high frequency where quizzes require the presentation of an image in order to test comprehension, learning, and/or understanding. Where so much of the course content relies on what is seen (video, presentation, etc.) it is quite often that the image will be used in order to assess what learning has taken place by asking in the assessment to correctly identify, name, label, associate, explain, match, or relate something in the image.
