Quick2Cart feature request.

Quick2Cart is simple and functional, I like it in combination with ZOO.
by this component I would like something more:
- management of shipping and related costs by country and type of courier;
- management fees;
- Printing the order in pdf format;
- resend email with the order data of the same user and the attached pdf file;
- entering data store (with logo) for invoice printing in pdf format.

Can you develop these additional features?
