I'm a content manager for my organization's web site and we've been using JTicketing in an attempt to provide online ordering of event tickets from our Web site. We've had to disable the JTicketing module though because we had several instances of individuals choosing their tickets but the check-out process some way stalled and they were never provided an opportunity to input payment information. Unfortunately, though, JTicketing went ahead and emailed the individual's tickets without my organization receiving payment.

Any suggestions for how we can correct this situation?
