Hi - I'm using version 3.0.0 on a new (beta) site and it's not working. However, version 2.1.8 continues to work just fine. Both sites are almost exact copies of the other. Can you please help?

Thanks in advance for your help. I deleted 2.1.8 from my files so it's very important to get your newest version to work.
