Hello, I recently purchased the Earn with joomla package. I am using Alpha user points as my payment gateway. When using social ads I get the mesage
"Notice
Your account is currently on hold. Please Click here to make a payment for adding more balance to get your Ads running again!"
When I pay using points - the points are deducted from my account but I continue to get the message plus none of the advertisements display.
The functionality is even less with jgive. Points are not deducting nor are they added to the fund raiser amount.
I was hoping to find out what the functionality is for AUP and SOCIALADS/JGIVE
My previous version of social ads the point plugin worked well, but there were no campaign features.
I am using the most recent AUP. 1.9.2
