Not sure if the Cron link is working properly

I have six users that I have just created. They are all synced and listed in the user subscription page. When I run the cron it told me the following:

Number of Users Eligible to receive Updates based on their Alert Frequency Settings: 1 Users Found...
Mail sent to info@******.co.nz at 2013-08-18 23:31:02

Finished, All done!!

It should have said 6 users so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
