"No Mail content to send"-error

Hi All,

I'm having a hard time finding out why my mailalerts is not working.

Joomla version: 2.5.7 stable
jmailalerts versiion: 2.4.4

all configured well:
* plugin: check
* user sync: check
* alerts configured: check
* cronjob: check

cronjob output:
[2013-05-23 03:40:56] : Start cron run
Sending a batch of 45 emails
Looking for users...
Number of Users Eligible to receive Updates based on their Alert Frequency Settings: 1 Users Found...
*** Processing for xxxx (user id : yy)
The applicable plugins for user are No applicable plugin found
No New content found for xxxx (user id : yy).. So Skipping..
Processed 0 out of 1
Finished, All done!!


But still I get the message: No Mail content to send.

I suspect the problem was caused by the articles that have restricted access. But configuring messages with public access respond in the same way.

I cant find any log-files...

Anyone any ideas???
