Jbolo and SSL

Is there a secret to running Jbolo with SSL. I am trying to set this up through CloudFare. It runs fine on the CDN until I set up the Flexible SSL. When I set this up Jbolo no longer works. I plan on purchasing a SSL in the near future. I hope this is just an issue with CloudFare Flexible SSL and not SSL in general. Please advise as I don't want to spend the money and find Jbolo does not work. Seems there should be a work around this.
