J!MailAlerts Verify Cron Job

I have successfully installed the free version of J!MailerAlerts and am looking for conformation on the cron job. I have configured the simple things in joomla for testing to myself and played with the simulation which sends the email alert as expected.

I am not receiving the daily email that I have setup for my test user though. Here are the results of my cron job I have setup:

I have also installed and configured a free, latest joomla articles plugin per the directions

I am unsure where else to look for what is causing the issue
