How to use the attribute section of product?

Hello

I am trying to configure products. few of product needs different configuration
1. product needs to be shown with 2-3 different color
2.product is of multiple brand and having different price. is there any way to configure single product and using attribute information to configure the availability in different brand/store?
3. There is store chain and product is available in different stores with different prices depending on location of store.
4.Depending on proximity of store the prices are charged for home delivery.

Let me know if it is configurable
