How do I set the donation status to be change by the account camain promotor?

When logged in as the site admin, I can change the check from pending to confirmed. I want the user to take care of this, not mew

II get ths message, ** Fund Holder - Will be 'Admin' if 'Send Payments directly to Campaign Promoter' is set to No in component Options.
It will be 'Campaign promoter' if this is set to Yes., nut there is absolutely no option for this.

There is a serious lack of documentation for everything with this app...
