GeoTargetting in Quebec

Hi everyone,

We try to target our ads for cities in the province of Quebec, Canada but when it comes to select the city, alot of them aren't there and when I try enter the name of a city that includes a "-" sign such as "Saint-Nicolas", I simply can't enter the sign in the text box.

I made sure that the database is up to date too,
