feature request store short name and COD

Hello

this is requirement for multi chain store where we can have short name store with location. Also this short name could be used in order suffix. it would be easy to have multivendor cart with such orders to search specificy stores directly. Also we i want to request for Cash on Delivery method for few of the product in store.
