Fatal error: Class 'JFile' not found

I opened a ticket and have not heard back yet. I get the error below when trying to access the admin section of quick2cart. the memememe is to cover my server.

Fatal error: Class 'JFile' not found in /home/memememe/public_html/components/com_quick2cart/helper.php on line 5064

Just installed yesterday anyone else having this issue?
