Compatibility with iPad IOS and Safari?

Hi, I have tested compatibility with the Google viewer method on different devices like windows and apple. The only big miss is on an iPad with the latest IOS. It doesn't work. Anything I can do to fix this? Or is it a Google thing?
Any of the other viewer methods which will work?
